Students who ride diesel buses experience disproportionately high rates of childhood asthma and health-related absenteeism. Our goal is to empower students to advocate for their health – and that of their communities.

Children who ride diesel buses have 16% more exposure to inhaled NOx and Air Pollution
Students riding clean school buses have 8% less absenteeism than students riding diesel buses.
Air pollution exposure leads to 7% higher risk of pediatric asthma hospitalization.
