SPURR Cooperative Purchasing Contract
Highland has been awarded an EV Charging Infrastructure & Roadmapping contract with SPURR to provide our Fleet and Depot service offerings to members in California.
For more than 30 years, SPURR has utilized their purchasing power and expertise to make clean energy accessible to California public agencies including municipalities, county offices of education, community colleges, and K-12 school districts.
